
SO, how I will protect myself from gaining weight & Still feel Satisfied? Easter morning I am going to make sure I fill up on lots of fresh fruit and lean protein like 2 whole grain french toast made with egg whites & 1 egg~ For topping I will add 1 TBSP of pure maple syrup and ZERO cal butter spray.
As for the EASTER family gathering I am bringing a Giant Salad, plain yellow cake with low sugar sweetened frozen strawberries, (I sweeten the strawberries myself~super easy) and also bring FatFree cream in a can.
EVERYONE loves this when I bring it. If you like chocolate just add dark chocolate chips to your cake batter. YOU CAN EAT ALL THE FRUITS & VEGETABLES YOU WANT! So why not have dessert loaded with strawberries? Remember Good Health is Freedom! God Bless You!
